Baked is a very nice quaint cafe, located quite out of the way. It has indoor and outdoor seating but even the indoor area is not air conditioned. There is a nice selection of desserts and pastries. Everthing is made to order so expect to sit back and relax in this lazy, quiet country cafe.

Coconut cinnamon roll is the best!

Awesome little place enjoyed getting coffee from here. Had a bagel but it wasn't a mainland bagel.ha! Overall very good though.

Stopped here for a Turkey BLT and Iced Chai Latté, happy to be able to drink with a dairy alternative. Both were delicious and the sandwich filling!The service was really lovely and both employees we interacted with were very approachable and friendly.Inside layout has high tables and chairs and some paraphernalia for the shop all around, but the space feels really open thanks to the high ceilings. There are long, covered outdoor tables with plants around. Made for a really lovely meal and visit in Haiku

Cute little place with amazing food and coffee! French fries are great (although oven baked but rich/buttery). Coffee raspberry cake in bakery section is good. Decent prices.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. I had called in an order, which was repeated back to me over the phone. Upon arrival they had none of my order ready. Then denied that anyone took my order, when i showed the cashier my phone call she responded “well, i don’t know our phone number here off the top of my head”. And “i don’t know what you want us to do, it’s been really busy today”.So basically if they’re busy, they don’t do their job, and you don’t get to eat!

We always liked our visits here. Renting a house just a few blocks away had it's advantages.The baked treats are amazing. Can't speak for the breakfasts or lunches but I hear they're good, if a little overpriced.Overall, we never had any complaints coming here.

The food is very nice and tasty. The restaurant itself looks really lovely. Good quality, awesome staff and the price is adequate! You should try!

The eggs are fresh and the flavor is fantastic! And it's a bakery so the focaccia bread was amazing... Worth the wait! Hahaha

Almond tart and baguette from baked!!!! This place is a must. If your looking for great coffee and baked goods and a slamming good breakfast this is the place to be.

Pretty decent food. The cinnamon roll was pretty delicious. Pretty pricey but then again all of Hawaii is. Portions are large. It was worth it.

Sometimes you find a place where everything was so perfect you're immediately planning when you're going to come back. This is that place. BBQ chicken fat sammie was amazing and coffee was good, too. Come and find this place -- worth the drive.

This was our breakfast stop while staying at am Airbnb in Haiku. Favorite dish was the Paniolo and a chai tea latte. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Placed a phone order with the brunette cashier (bangs, tattoos and long hair) When I got there she told me that she didn’t have my order and turned me away not even offering to make the food I’d ordered.

They have an awesome veggie hambuger!! Worth it. The cake I felt it was not fresh. Kinda of hard but it still have the flavour. Waiter is very nice. And the place is cool!

We had a charming time at Baked On Maui. Went for a late breakfast and found locally sourced and freshly made choices. The bakery is their forte and they offered more delicious selections than we could enjoy. For a quaint, modest, away-from-the-crowds experience, make the drive to Haiku and check it out.

A great oasis in a not so densely populated area in Maui. The cold press coffee is delicious. We also tried a chocolate chip cookie with mini chocolate chips, one of the best soft cookies I have ever had in my life.

Did I say cinnamon roll? Oh sorry, that was just what was rolling around in my head constantly... but yes! Coffee, cinnamon roll, paniolo skillet = happy camper. Honestly I haven’t ventured off into other meals here because those satisfy me every time.

Great food, girl at the counter didn't look up from her cell phone to acknowledge us until she felt like it.

My breve was made with organic heavy whipping cream. Not an everyday thing, so it must've been a miracle.

Great place for fresh baked goods. The kids loved the GIANT cinnamon rolls.

The baguette was amazing. Both crispy and chewy. I was pretty disappointed when I ordered the black pepper goat cheese egg sandwich. Onions were not listed on the menu, but they were thick in the peppers on the sandwich. Overall good flavor, but really takes the excitement away when you have to pick apart your food.

When they're busy the food is hit or miss...I got the baked fries and they were super greasy & stale for BAKED fries

Great breakfast spot, locals couldn’t be nicer. Casual setting, ate on the picnic benches outside after ordering at the counter.

Went for breakfast. Green tea latte was very good. The pancake was delicious with strawberries and chocolate chip.

Loved this cute cafe and all the food was delicious, except for the fries that seem to come with every meal. Found the fries rather hard and rubbery, although they seem to be a speciality at the cafe. That being said, still enjoyed it a ton as the rest of the food was amazing.

Baked on maui has these homemade cinnabonz that are to doe for and their coffee is so yummy what a great place to dine in especially for breakfast and dont forget onolicious waffles oooh yumm

Food was decent, service was okay. Employees had rock music blasting at 6:30 am not really the ambiance you’re looking for first thing in the morning. Notified staff of dead cockroach on ledge and came back the following week and it’s still there. They could really be something special if there was a little more professionalism involved.

The Barista knew his stuff! We ordered two mochas with an extra shot, a little light on the sweetness, and easy ice on one (the other was a hot non-dairy). Both were perfect. If you are jonsing for an espresso drink, stop here, you won't be disappointed!

Great little out of the way spot for breakfast or lunch. Prices are more than fair. And the portions are good size. Food has been really good and I have had breakfast and lunch here a few times. I have never been disappointed. Coffee is also very good quality. Way better than anything from Starbucks. If you are a true coffee drinker then you will appreciate there coffee. Lots of baked goods ready to go or order off the menu. You wont be disappointed. Whether you are local or just visiting you should try this spot out. Its well worth the time and the drive.
